Dr. Nian Jiang is a Senior Research Management Officer at the Joint Colleges of Science at The Australian National University (ANU), Canberra. She manages the research projects for researchers and provide strategic advices to School Directors and Senior Managers to make ANU a better research institute. Dr. Nian Jiang has a solid research background in Physics and Material Science and has been working in Research Management for the Australian National University since 2016. Her portfolio includes Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics and Research School of Physics and Engineering (including Palaeontology). Knowing the world from both sides, she is committed to making a better research environment by breaking research silos and connecting researchers and research end-users.
